Black Bean Salsa


We love this salsa...it is so fresh-tasting and light.  It's perfect for summer cookouts!  It can also be easily customized to your specific taste.


Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients


1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, pressed
½ teaspoon Creole seasoning

Directions

STIR together all ingredients  Cover and chill until ready to serve.
